1. About Qriterion

Qriterion is operated by an individual based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. References to "Qriterion", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the Qriterion platform.

By accessing or using the Qriterion platform at qriterion.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Qriterion, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where access to financial data or AI-generated analysis is prohibited by law.

3. Description of Service

Qriterion provides AI-powered stock analysis through multiple investor profile frameworks. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to search publicly available financial data and generate structured analysis scores and summaries.

Our service tiers are:

• Free — 1 analysis per month, choose 1 investor profile
• Initiate (€9.99/month) — 20 analyses per month, choose 1 investor profile
• Strategos (€24.99/month) — 75 analyses per month, choose 3 investor profiles
• Master (€59.99/month) — 200 analyses per month, all 5 investor profiles

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. No Financial Advice

The analysis, scores, summaries, and all other content generated by Qriterion is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument
• Tax advice or legal advice

Qriterion is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Past performance of any security is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that any investment decision you make is solely your own responsibility.

5. Investor Profile Selection

Upon upgrading to a paid tier, you will be asked to select your investor profile(s). This selection is permanent for the duration of your current subscription tier. Your profile choices will be reset and re-selectable upon upgrading to a higher tier. You are responsible for selecting the profile(s) that suit your investment style.

6. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• All prices are in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable VAT where required
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• If payment fails, access may be downgraded to the free tier

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Platform's AI models or outputs at scale
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to access the Platform beyond normal use
• Redistribute or resell Qriterion analysis outputs commercially without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on the Platform — including the Qriterion name, logo, investor profile frameworks, and AI-generated analysis methodology — are the exclusive intellectual property of the Qriterion operator and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or current
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by Luxembourg law, Qriterion disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qriterion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from investment decisions made based on Platform content.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
